Courtney has spent most of her working days in the real estate industry. From her first job at a Builders Trailer to running the office of PropetyGuys.com in Durham, she has always known that helping others with their home ownership dreams was her future. Courtney is a numbers girl and seriously nerds out on amortization schedules! It's no surprise that her love of numbers and passion to serve others landed her in the mortgage industry 8 years ago with the Sara(h)s.

Her experience with buying her first home led her away from the bank and into a mortgage broker's office. She strives to make sure clients all feel as well informed and valued as that broker made her feel. Courtney loves working with first time home buyers and educating them . To make sure clients are able to have the full deal experience Courtney is also a Licensed Realtor.

Courtney is a mom to three beautiful girls, and wife to a hard working husband in the construction industry. She enjoys baking, kickboxing, a good book and spending time out on the water.

Her name may not be Sara(h), but it is quickly becoming her nickname...maybe one day we will make her change it!
